Default Help understanding Carb counts in Karen's recipes

Hope someone will find this question and be able to anwser it for me!

When I was reading through some of Karen's recipes, I noticed the carb counts at the bottom of the page/recipe. Am wondering if this is the carb content for the entire recipe, or just per serving.

If there IS a serving size, Karen gives the counts per serving.

Almost always, though, it's the carb counts for the entire recipe, because people determine their own serving size...for instance, if you made her cheesecake, and didn't change anything, and then decided to cut it into 12 big pieces instead of, say 16 smaller ones, you'd have to divide the total recipe counts by 12 to get an accurate per serving (1/12th) count of anything, including carbs.

So are you talking about her recipe page here on the website/board, or are you talking about her book, The LowCarb Gourmet?

Just the recipes off the website. Some of them look delicious, I have already made the blue cheese dressing! Great for just dipping your veggies in!
