Unhappy Will power failed!

I was doing great for the first 11 days. But today i felt dizzy at work, has anyone experienced this?
Maybe it was in my head.
But after dinner i was not satisfied for the first time since i started this diet.So when i was at the store Chocolate bar found its way to me. How do i resist? I feel like i blew the whole thing.
Does anyone know of a low carb sustitute for chocolate.

I found a chewy chocolate calcium candy. But you only have 2 aday . That just did not cut it.

You can make your own

Unsweetened bakers chocolate
butter
splenda
heavy cream

I believe there is a recipe located in the "low carb recipes" on the orange bar above this thread.

Default chocolate substitute

Atkins makes an Endulge bar that is a low carb candybar! Yummy, I live in West Virginia and I get mine at GNC. You can buy them individually or a whole box. You can also buy themon the internet on the atkins site.

Default endulge bars

only 2 grams per bar and carbolite makes one too and it is less than 2. My friend kim just got off of induction and had her 1st endulge bar yesterday and she loved it.

*sighs*

Those so called low carb bars aren't. Do a search on "low carb bars" using the search engine on this site and read up on them.

They have anywhere from 10 to 21 carbs PER bar.

It is far safer to make your own treats than go for PROCESSED foods.
