Default Blood work results - good or bad?

I only had a few flags on my recent blood test. I had fasted for 12 hours before hand, but my dinner the night before had been very rich and included an alcoholic beverage.

- BG 105; A1C was 4.8, so I am mostly unconcerned with this number
- Cholesterol: 187
---- HDL: 49
---- Tris: 91
---- LDL: 120
---- Chol/HDL: 3.8
- ALT/SGPT: 34 (range given <31, but I'm seeing online that it's considered normal under 56)

Everything else was normal (woo!). Does any of this seem like cause for concern?

The booze affects ALT/SGPT and possibly tris. Your results look fine. What you eat a few days before can impact your results too.
