I'm interested in starting a local support group - meeting face to face. However i want it to be based on the Sugar Addicts Total Recovery program, Potatoes not Prozac or your last diet! All books are based on the same principal and are written by Kathleen Demasions.

Sugar sensitivity not only tackles weight issues but takes it a step futher by balancing out your brain chemistry so that you don't crave simple carbs. It deals with the emotional concepts as well as just the food, not only does our sugar sensitive brains crave sugar (and simple carbs) but we are generally more emotional and sometimes deal with minor and major depression as well as anxiety and lots of other addictive behaviors.
