Hey thanks alot for posting!!! I have been thinking about something. You know i am pressed for time since i workout before work and if i'm running only 15m late for the gym i usually just DONT GO. Well NOW i have decided that i'm gonna go NO MATTER WHAT. So what if i cant do 60m, 30m is just fine too right????? As long as i go and work out its better than nothing at all. And im not gonna do my 'boredom' 30m elliptical and 30m treadmill, i get bored, and it seems soooooo long, so i've decided to change it up! Here's what i plan to do:
Thursday 6/9: I did 20m elliptical w/ resistance, 20m treadmill (no holding on 3.0) then 15m elliptical (no resistance, no fast paces just gliding and taking it easy).
You think that sounds ok? Is that enough exercise for one day?
