Are you satisfied with the 2-3 servings? I find that as long as my total daily diet is sufficiently ketogenic--net carbs 15-20 grams, protein around 60-70 grams--I can fit things like what you describe into my plan and be happy with reasonable servings. If my overall diet had 30 or 40 more grams protein, or 10 or 20 grams more net carbs, it would probably trigger a binge.
