Default Help! No die-off??

This is my 3rd week of the Candida diet, and I've been taking Oil of Oregano since the 16th but have not had any adverse reaction-in fact I feel really good! Is it possible to kill the Candida without getting any die-off or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks a lot :-)

It is possible but it depends on the dose.

How much OOO are you taking? Dose/times per day?

Die off can be noticeable or not depending if your body can handle the elimination of the die off or if the die off exceeds your body's capacity to handle it. When that happens you get flu like symptom. Otherwise your stools might just be a bit loose.

Thanks for that Zuleikaa. I'm taking 4 drops 3-4 times per day. It's had me wondering if I even had Candida at all! I do have quite a strong constitution and also suffer from constipation so if I get a bit loose that would be a bonus. Is there any other way I can tell that what I'm doing is working?
Incidentally I am taking some really good probiotics so I wonder if they are helping too?
