I am sure I am missing something simple -- I have a picture as my current picture but want it to be a different one. How do I designate a picture as my current picture?

When you're in the gallery area, there is a pulldown menu underneath the picture you're viewing. That pulldown menu lets you designate the label for the picture.

I hope that makes sense...

Thanks Donald -- it makes sense but I can't find it. I clicked on My Gallery and I get a series of pics. Is that where the menu is? If so, I can't see one at all. -- does it have a name or some other hint for me? I feel so dumb -- I am an IT manager IRL and was responsible for our corporate website and started up our intranet. but at least I am not too shy to ask for help.

Go to the photo you want to re-designate, and underneath where your comments about that picture would be shown there is a pull down menu that's labeled MOVE PHOTO TO...

See if that works for ya...

When I look at the page you sent to me, I don't see the box either...

Look at this page, do you see the box that says MOVE PHOTO TO? It's under the section that shows your stats and the comments you may have entered for the photo...

The box I'm referring to shows up after you upload the photo...

Oh I am feeling so stupid ... I clicked on the link, looked at the section that has Views-- Description --- and this is what I see -- nothing about moving the photo... am in the same spot I sent you prviously.

The way it currently work is that the first picture uploaded into a category (before, current, or after) is that it picks up the first one uploaded.

So once you have one already there, follow-on updates will not change it in your profile.

To change the one currently in your profile, click "Edit photo" on the picture you want to replace. In the edit options, upload the other picture, and it should replace it.

If this doesn't work, just let me know.

That's true.

Another trick, which will preserve the comments, is to move the pic to another place, temporarily, then upload a new one to current/in-progress, then move the older one back.
