Good news for you ladies.
I don't have PCOS, but sis-in-law does.
She's 5'7" (gosh, I wish I was that tall) and weighed 232, a size 20.
She's been on Atkins for a week and a half, lost 6 pounds so far, dropped to a size 18, and her TOM started.
She hasn't had TOM in almost a year. Everytime she had one it was doctor/drug induced.
She isn't TTC b/c she's only 21 and not married. But someday when she does try she'll be able to.
Just thought I'd cheer you guys up and say that there is hope for women with PCOS!
