A three-egg omelet and a tall cup of decaf coffee with half and half. I mixed some almond/cashew milk into the egg mixture to fluff it up.

Liver, mackerel, shrimp, hamburger patty with swiss cheese, cooked in butter. Homemade ketchup on the liver. Salad; small tomato sliced, 1/2 avocado, blueberries, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, allspice, onion powder, garlic powder.

Coffee with 2 tbsp half & half, 2 pkts splenda.

Liver was awesome!

Today, part of my breakfast were two boiled eggs that I got from a small organic family farm a few minutes from my house. They were the first eggs I've ever eaten that came from chickens I actually met. They were awesome!

In an attempt to get more daily protein I had a pan fried chicken breast and added some sour cream to the sauerkraut juice to make a salty sauce. It was pertty good. I'll do that again.
