Smile what type of exercise

..do u all do? i have been doing Leslies sansone's walk away the pounds 2 mile video and Billy Blanks Cardio Bootcamp every day mon-fri. and on the weekends i do the WATP 3 mile video. I feel great when i do them. But i would like a bit of a change. Any suggestions? I've seen the kathy smiths project you infomercial and wonder if that would be good. any one tried that?

If you haven't tried The Firm workouts, I highly recommend them. They might add the bit of "change" you need. Also, though I have not personally tried them YET, I've been reading about Fitprime workouts and how good they are. I haven't tried the Kathy Smith workout either.

Sounds like you're doing super with your exercise!!

I have a question. I also workout using WATP 2 miles and do a few minutes (probably 10) of weight lifting. I've just started..but I've read that it's better to leave your muscles rest. I.E. lift weights 3 days a week. Cos the WATP 3 miles requires that you lift weights as well. Could you explain how you do that?

i know they say to do the Tone Up video 3 times a week (every other day), but i do use the weighted 2 lb balls that come with it every day. it makes me feel strong . keep up the good work.
