Do you mean one of the big inflatable balls like a Fitball or a Physioball? Or do you mean something like a medicine ball?

Either way, having purchased each, they each came with a poster inside and suggested exercises.

You can buy a video, I am sure, but you can also do some searches online and find a lot of information, or pick up a book with lot sof exercises. I bought "The Core Performance Workout" and it has a lot of ball exercises in it. It also has a great fitness plan too, that I adapted to something that fits my lifestyle better and seems to be working.

I will look around and see if I can get a combo......maybe the home shopping network

I do it fairly often but I mix up other ab and core exercises. I'm 6'3" so I need a 75 cm ball (make sure you get the right size for your height) and my gym doesn't have one that's big enough. So if I'm at the gym I'll do some medicine ball work or other core exercises.

I've always been good to go working out with just the instructions and my iPod. Now that I've been doing it a while I don't use the instructions any more. I haven't seen a tape for fitball exercises, but then I haven't looked for one.

I love my ball! I took a core strengthening class that used one. Then when the class ended I bought my own and do all of the moves I learned at home. Its really great.
