Default CKD questions....

Hi yall, Im here basically trying to choose the right plan although it does say on the top right corner im on atkins (i think i am) but looking at other plans maybe try to mix my own plan someday?

Anywayz, i have a question about CKD. I understand that you throw yourself in and out of ketosis every week. Is there any harm done by doing that after a long period of time?

I used to lift back in high school alot 2 years ago but i havent lifted any kind of weights since then. I want to start off slow. So can i just lift weights at a moderate pace and lose this extra fat and gain muscle??

And last question. My blood pressure is borderline now like 135/85. Has anyone had their blood pressure go down while using the CKD plan?

Thank you...

Oh by the way, the part where i said i think im on atkins. Please don't think i havent read the book or anything, i have read every word. I just feel like the CKD plan is a interesting plan and im an explorer, meaning i like to explore (see) other alternatives.
