My supervisor brought my department a cheesecake with 4 different flavors. Half of the cheesecake is left and I've been avoiding it all this time. I think I'll give my slice to hubby

My hubby wants me to make him a pumkin bourbon cheescake - so I'm working on a LC version - I'm thinking a crust with pecans, flax meal, butter. The filling should be easy...cream cheese, pumpkin, splenda, eggs yolks, bourbon...and then the topping - sour cream, bourbon, splenda....I just need to put it all together and see how it works out. It's his absolute favorite cheesecake, and since he jumped on the LC wagon, he's been jonesing....he's done pretty well, so he deserves a reward.
