Default Receipe

Hi,
I have been doing Atkins for several months now and have good luck.
Reading your receipe, the carbs and calories at the botton is that for one peice or the whole thing.

I know this question sounds stupid, but I am a single guy and not sure of how to interpet these things.

Yes it's for the whole thing unless it says per serving. That way you get to decide what a serving is for you.

Hey, you're never too single to learn!
