Suitable Salad ingrediets???

Hi,,,i just wondered if anyone had advice on making up a nice salad..
my understanding is to limit tomatoe to just half of one,,,but im unsure whether or not if can include raw carrots...

welcome!
If you have the books the Hellers wrote there are lists of CM veggies and RM veggies-
for your CMs you can have any veggies in your salad from the CM list. I avoid tomatoes, carrots, onions,and such. But for my RM or in my case, dinner meal, I put everything in the salad!
So have fun!
