Ken, I LOVE brie. When I was working, a piece of brie mid morning carried me all the way to lunch around 2:30. Aldi's has something called Borgonzola which is brie/gorgonzola and it is so good. I don't know if you have Aldi's there.

Spinach Casserole, half caff/HC

^ I should start a "Canned Corned Beef Fans Unite!" thread. I thought I was the only one out there. Clearly, we're rarities because even during this time of depleted store shelves, there's still a wall of overstock $2 canned corned beef at my grocery store.

My brunch: two boiled eggs, bell pepper strips and Montreal smoked meat with leftover tzatziki and feta dressing. Sort of a use-up-the-leftovers brunch.

Ha Kristine!
It isn't canned but there seems to be plenty of Corned Beef at the store still. If it wasn't so darn expensive I'd get another one. For my St Patty's day corned beef I dig thru the piles til I find the least expensive one

today: Pink grapefruit, wait an hour, then haff caff/HC and MIM with butter. My body can only handle one MIM. If I make two, it blows up - issues. So one it is, and boy do I enjoy it. I make it savory, so it is more like bread.

I think that was Field of Dreams, the other Kevin Costner baseball movie.

Baseball. Sports.

Breakfast was use-up-the-leftovers egg and cheese muffin thingies. I made them with egg, cheddar, cream cheese, onion, red bell pepper, 3 with leftover breakfast sausage and 3 with bacon. That'll be good for another 2 meals. They were really tasty.

Of course it was! I binge-watched so many baseball themed movies the other day they've all blurred together
