Default We do 20 miles a week

Here are the rules:

1) You must clock 20 miles a week either running, walking or hiking.
2) You can spread it across the week however you like. Examples: 4 miles 5 days per week, 5 miles 4 days per week.
3) You can do it on the treadmill, walking your dog or walking to work. It doesn't matter how - just do it.

I am a runner and usually do about 15-18 miles a week. This would be a good push to stretch it a little more. I would be in if more people decide to join

My pelvis is better and I did my first 20 mile week last week since last November. I'm in.
