Roasted pork loin, Brussels sprouts tossed in butter and salt, and an incredibly delicious dessert of Carb Smart vanilla ice cream topped with raspberries and walnuts.

A new creation of mine. Pasta-less-spaghetti.
Browned some hamburger, added spaghetti sauce, plated it then added sunflower seeds and shredded cheese. Put it under the broiler and added some seasoning.

I ate out with friends at a Mexican restaurant and had delicious sizzling hot chicken fajitas and guacamole salad. I tossed the tortillas and had a teaspoonful of the beans.

Leftover Stew. Potatoes, celery, tomatoes and carrots in stew but didn’t eat potatoes and had a couple of carrots. I know the question has been asked if having potatoes in the stew add carbs to the mixture. I am living on the edge and eating just the stew no potatoes. I would think there are some carbs in the broth from the potatoes but probably not too many. I add a few extra carbs when logging in my daily meals. What do others think?

I had a "Patio Steak". A cheaper cut that's around $5/pound.

It tasted good. It was worth $5/pound but not anything more than that.

Last night: went out to a Mexican restaurant with friends - just had them put my taco salad in a bowl without the tortilla bowl, extra guac and sour cream and carnitas. Skipped the chips.

Superbowl dinner tonight: Meatza with onions, peppers, olives, egg-batter onion rings
