I have been using the weight/ meal chart here in this forum, I've eaten low carbs now...for nearly 2 months without cheating...
I've even done this before...for nearly a year, yet I remain a bit confused on the true concept.
Now..I am going to ask one of the dumbest questions?
On the meal chart, it shows a graph, Carb/Protein/Fat.......Precentages!
Is there a goal, I mean is there an ultimate percentage goal?? Am I to try and maintain a certain look to that graph to ensure the finest results??
Did you mean this to be posted in the War Zone, or was it meant for My P.L.A.N.?
The percentages simply indicate you nutritional breakdown. The Zone diet is 40%/30%/30%, others have a goal of 70% fat, 20% protein and 10% carbs, and various other percentages.
