Unhappy confusing

the default serving size is 100 grams. When I enter eggs how many and what size eggs is 100 grams. I have a hard time believing that 2 medium fried eggs would be over 400 calories

Do you want your default setting to be 100 gms? If you prefer, you can change it to "1 ounce" by clicking on Edit Settings from the menu on the left of your My P.L.A.N. page. Scroll down to the section titled "Display Options" and make your selection. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save changes."

For eggs there is a drop down menu (beside the 100 grams - or 1 ounce if you change it as Kisal explains) that changes the serving size to jumbo, large, medium etc.
