I HAVE STALLED.....................

ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND I HAVE STALLED. IAM NOT LOOSING
WEIGHT OR GAINING WEIGHT.

I STARTED TAKING A METABOLISM BOOSTER. HAVENT SEEN MUCH
DIFFERENCE YET. NOT SURE THERE IS MUCH I CAN DO BUT HANG IN THERE AND KEEP DOING WHAT I AM DOING.

MY SCHEDULE HAS CHANGED IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS, I SPEND ALMOST EVERYNIGHT AT THE BALL FIELD WITH MY KIDS. MY EXERCISE PROGRAM HAS DEMINISHED A LITTLE.

ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH YOUR WEIGHT LOSS STOPPING???

EVERYONE HAVE A NICE HOLIDAY....

Default Hi Pammysue!

There is no reason to panic quite yet....2 weeks is not a long time to go with no weight loss. Review your plan, re-read the book if necessary. Keep track of your food intake on www.fitday.com to make sure you're not getting more carbs than you realize and eating *enough* calories. Otherwise, just be patient.... the next time the scale moves (and it will), you'll probably lose 2-3 pounds in one chunk!!

You're doing fine!
