Melted cheese and butter--YUMMY!
I have a good snack that fills me up
Take thin slices of Colby cheese(I get from WalMart deli)
Melt about a tsp of butter in a pan and when it is melted add the slices of cheese -I use about 1 oz or 4 slices
Melt on low until almost melted and then slide onto a plate and eat-It feels so fattening when you are eating it but it fills me up
Be careful not to let it over cook or it will be too hard to eat!!!
