Day 6 on a downward "roll"....6 lbs in 6 days.
Started LC on 4/1, was never hungry in the morning, but always had a little low carb snack before going to bed. Last night wasn't the least bit hungry for the pm snack so didn't have it and the difference showed this morning...I woke up so ready for breakfast! It wasn't an emergency type hunger, most likely the type I'm suppose to have but haven't experienced in many years. I did make it a point not to over compensate by eating a lot extra for, breakfast was 2 eggs scrambled in a little butter with a 2 oz sausage patty. I was happy to see I'm down another lb since day 4.
