Default I want to share an awesome website with printable charts

For excersising. My 13 year old daughter made this beautiful website for me.
http://babybear.us and the link is in my signature.
I love this website because I can print charts for lifting, and cardio.
Thanks for looking. It might be a good help for anyone

Very nice! Was it a project for school? I'd give her good marks for that.

(ETA) Is your whole family gluten-free? I see she's still working on the gluten-free guide.

Rappidash: I alredy did, she is very happy to see your post. Her charts are really very useful. An advice When you are going to print them go to print preview and choose the size that fits in one page, and shrink the margins, that way you can put it on a clipboard, make it fit in one page. I think she shrinked them to 66%.

Kristine: Thank you very much, she is a very smart girl. She did it for me. I asked her when I was using BFL charts, I thought 1 page for one workout was a lot.. I don't like having soo many papers! so this way I can have 5 days instead.
She is homeschooled now. (has been always) She is very happy to share.
I have a severe allergy to gluten, I also stop giving it to my toddler . She has a horrible exzema in her tiny hands... so horrible they will look and feel like a nail file. I thought it was something on her diet, latter I stop dairy, (we are using goat and almond milk instead, which my girls love) change her hand soap to kiss my face and use a cream with mihrr now her hands are so beautiful, I haven't seen them like that in years!. I feel so happy! You know after years with the doctor.. and not finding a solution..
