I have both the EA Active and the Gold's Gym.

I am currently doing the 30 day challenge on the EA Active. Love it. It is a great little workout, short but intense, and it fits into my morning well.

I just got my Gold's Gym last night - wow, my arms are sore this morning. I knew boxing was an excellent workout, but just not how much of an excellent workout. I am really gonna enjoy this game.

I like the Gold's Gym too, it more of a kickboxinig workout. I really like the wii fit plus. It's not to rigorous, but its fun and your can make it harder. My newest exer-game is DDR Hottest Dance Party 3. I am so uncoordinated, but it is fun and a workout. The next purchase will the the Yoga game and EA Active.

I'd stay away from My Fitness Coach unless they've make some changes from the PC version. It was not interactive and was a lot more like a workout video than a game and was seriously repetitive. I wonder if it couold have been a glitch in the program since it had me do the same moves A LOT.

Thanks so much for your help.

I ordered Gold's Gym and EA Active I haven't had a chance to use either. My husband used Gold's Gym and liked it.

I have been using Walk It Out and love it. It makes walking fun!

I really enjoy EA Active. The sequel just came out ("EA Active - More Workouts") - don't bother. It's a separate "game", not an add-on, so you can't mix & match the exercises, and it doesn't have nearly as many exercises (or random options) as the original.

Thanks for the review Diane...I was looking at the EA Active - More Workouts the other day and passed it up. Now I am glad I did.

I am getting ready to start another 30 day challenge on the EA Active tomorrow morning. This time I am going to do the medium level as I did the easy level the last time.

I have fit plus, and EA active - Love them both, tend to play around with wii fit + but concentrate on the EA active game.

Being ing the UK Golds Gym is Fittness first over here and i have just added that to my hire list so i will see how that goes.

Good thread - I love working out with myWii, does gat a little repetative at times.

My wife loves Wii EA Active, but I have found a cheap download-able game called Helix that really kicks your butt. It's a dancing/boxing game, 98% upper body, can be moderate to very vigorous. It's available on the Wii store on your Wii console. Going to buy Gold's Gym in a week or two, lots of positive reviews on it.

I LOVE EA Sports Active, especially the 30 day challenge! I can only do it on Medium, maybe someday I'll move up to Hard. The amazing thing about starting Low-Carb is that I can do the running exercises a lot better now. I have always lacked stamina while working out, and especially with running, so that by the end I was barely able to jog. But when I work out now, I can just keep going and going. The trade-off? I can't sprint as well anymore. Maybe because there's no super fast burning carb fuel in my body anymore?

Either way, you should love EA Sports Active, so much fun.
