Default Hi all!

I joined way back in June, and then totally failed to commit. Thanks for the warm welcome back then - I did READ a ton. I didn't want to re-introduce myself until I'd actually proven I was willing to do the hard work this time, so I'm 2 weeks in (no slips no cheats and no excuses) and down 4 pounds and feeling like this is really it. :-) Promising myself a vacation in one year if I meet my goal (which is a pretty modest goal; not where I hope to ultimately end up, but more do-able).

Welcome. The first two weeks are the hardest. Getting into a routine and getting past those initial cravings is a great start. Congratulations on a new beginning.

I have fallen off the wagon, but I can tell you that this worked for me. It took commitment and hard work, but at my low I had lost 110 pounds---one pound at a time.

Glad you are here. First 2 weeks are the adjustment period both for you and your body. Hang in there.
