Looking for a new home since the closing of another LC forum. For what it's worth, I'm mostly house trained.

Low carbing on and off for many years. Seems to go in cycles. Whenever I've felt horrible for long enough and can't look at myself, my eating improves and I feel/look better.

As my screen name suggests, I like camping. And cats. And other things, too, but I was only limited to 10 characters.

See you all on the forum as I dodge my normal work duties.

LOL - welcome! There are many other immigrants here - I came from an official Atkins board that was giving some really weird advice :-) This is definitely where the cool kids hang out and I've learned a lot already!

itsoeasy - I agree with you--I always felt they are oriented to sales there, not the good doctor's advice but the diet corp IMHO.
