Default CAD questions

Hi all,
I have just joined the board and have just posted about about me on the introduction page. After trawling through many diet books I have decided to give CAD a go, it seems to be the only one where I can still socialise and lose weight, I did try it briefly many years ago but not long enough to know if it works for me, but I am very optimistic.
My questions are - I struggle at breakfast time as I usually have a fruit smoothie as cannt always face cooked food for breakfast, I was wondering if anyone has any breakfast ideas?
Also I know it must bein the book but cant see it - what is the amount or carbs allowed in the CM as thinking I could maybe have a whey protein shake (without the fruit) and its approx 2% carbs.

Many Thanks
Kaci xxx

hi-

there are people here who drink protein shakes for CM breakfast- maybe they can help?

No cook breakfasts: cottage cheese, leftovers from dinner, hard boiled eggs already made, LC breakfast casseroles that you just reheat, cheese, ...

welcome!

I make smoothies out of almond milk, egg white protein powder, a small amount of nut butter, and believe it or not add a teaspoon of instant coffe and a few ice chips. REAL GOOD.
