Default Gym Log

Decided to start my own gym log (even though I don't go to the gym, but whatever).

This morning was 15 minutes of Pilates. I will walk during my lunch hour and will report back later.

Down 21 flights of stairs x 2. Approximately 20 minutes of exercise. Hey, it's a start! I will work my way into going up some stairs too, buuuuuuut not just yet. My legs are shaking a bit right now and have just developed a headache. Man, I am seriously out of shape. But, have to get in shape for bathing suit season right!?

Yesterday was 30 minutes at Curves.

Today:
Walked down 21 flights of stairs
Tonight:
30 minutes at Curves

Tomorrow:
30 minutes at Curves
