Ken, I was thinking of you yesterday while watching the Boston Marathon on TV. A tough day for all runners with the very cold rainy, sleeting weather. Made me realize the training for such an event is not only a long process of strong dedication, but "no quitting" must be the mantra. Hope your training is on schedule!!

Hope the Colonoscopy went well today...well, errrr - as well as an Colonoscopy can go!

Say, sorry if I missed it, but just wondering how you do your fasts. Do you go a whole day, or eat dinner one night and not again till the next night. Or maybe another way.

You don't want to know about their "Heart Healthy Diet."

That IS funny...

Default Day 1 of 5 this week

goal: 15 min of creative writing, research or extracting writing from journal notes 5 days a week for my project/s.

I fell down a rabbit hole again... I am sick, I guess (never really feel "sick", just completely exhausted and can't get rid of this cough) - just took a few days to rest and recover, without finishing my 5 days of writing last week.
30 min spent researching for project 1.
