Default Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 tsp garlic powder


Mix cheese, garlic powder, and salad dressing mix. Moisten chicken with water and coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish and bake at 400*F
for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.



Per serving : 230 calories, 7 g total fat, 3 g saturated fat, 2 g carbohydrates, 37 g protein.

It depends on what I'm in the mood for. Sometimes I just have that and a salad. Or mashed cauliflower (faux potatoes).
There's a lot of options. I eat more than 3 times a day now, because I get full so quickly, that sometimes I will just eat a serving or two of this.

I made this tonight for dinner..it was soooo good instead of dipping the chicken in water i used melted butter..it was very yummy thanks for the recipe

Oooh, I never thought about using butter. I bet that would make it even better. WIll try that next time.

yea..i didnt think of it myself :b someone else had a similar recipe to yours and they used butter..so i guess i kind of meshed the 2 recipes together hehe..it was very very yummy

I tried this awesome receipe and it is very good. I was curious do you think you could use it with fish instead of chicken? If so how long would I cook it?
