Introduction
This is my first time here in the TDC forum. I have tried low carb before, but I haven't stuck to it.
I have tried to have my sweets with artificial sweeteners instead of eating good food and then I end up feeling awful because they don't agree with me.
This time, I am not using any artificial sweeteners.
My husband has less to lose than I do, but he has type 2 diabetes and his blood sugar already shows improvement after only 2 week (I started a few weeks earlier).
