Breakfast: omelet with diced proscuitto and Celtic cheddar OR Scotch eggs

Lunch: BLT salad

Dinner: Ooh, so many choices here...
Salmon grilled with bacon on top, or grilled & topped with herbed butter.
Smoked sausages with sauerkraut
sliced grilled steak
Fajitas! (during induction, without the low-carb tortilla) sliced marinated steak or chicken, peppers & onions

Side dishes: frozen artichoke hearts cooked with LOTS of butter OR artichokes eaten the old fashioned way, one leaf at a time & dipped in melted butter

Dessert: berries with heavy cream & maybe a shot of DaVinci vanilla syrup
LeCarb lemon ice cream

Taco meat, hamburger, soy beans, hot peppers, hot sause, taco seasoning, green pepper, onion,peper, 2 tsp of tomatoe paste, some water to make a bit od a sause,
sour cream, melted cheese, in a lc tortilla, or alone.

amazing, love it.

had it 3 times this week,
