I was never that active then, but am back and maintaining my goal weight pretty well. Support and inspiration by others’ behavior will be wonderful. Greetings to all!

Thanks for the kind welcome back! I like those quotes you have, and I also am interested in IF and Dr. Fung’s ideas on insulin resistance.

The new IDM FB Page is good and I am still waiting for a library copy of his new book. I have read every blog post on IDM and article on DD he has written, so nothing new, but do want to see it.
He spoke at the Obesity Medicine conference last week. Dr Westman did a FB Live from same, he said Dr Fung was a "rockstar". Many new younger doctors at the conference this year who are open to LCHF and fasting!

Obesity Code is also a podcast who tells patient stories. I learn a lot from that.

I go stretches with one meal a day, like last week was three in a row. I'm a fan!
