Hey Sheila, Welcome back, Wow the best part is that you know that this WOE works and you also have the support of your husband. I'd kill to have that...lol Just one more reason why this forum is so important to me, I can come here to rant, vent and to celebrate and I have the support of other members, I never have to feel alone. Best of Luck to you, stop by my Journal sometime, I love company, have a positive day, ttys

Welcome back Sheila!
Great that your husband is supporting you this time. Also consider why since 2010 you have not be able to go low carb "a second time around" Dr Eades has some tips https://proteinpower.com/drmike/201...w-carb-dieters/ but good advice is to be sure to start with a strict induction phase. "Remembering" the treats you added later can make a restart harder.
Look around all the forums, there are new plans and supporting websites to help you both. All the best,

You said back in 2011 here http://losingweightnotmymind.blogsp...weight-not.html that an "accountability partner" would be helpful. You can practice that over here for 3 months if you'd like http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=479409 - try practicing ONE thing for 90 days. It's good fun and you'll learn somthing about yourself and others.

I wish you well.
