Default Week one - great success!

Tomorrow is the end of my first week of induction so I jumped on the scales this morning and discovered that I've managed to lose 3.6kg (9 pounds)!!! OMG nothing has ever worked for me until now and I FEEL AMAZING! No tiredness, not grumpy and just feel really good.

Thanks guys! I also learned a valuable lesson yesterday - I foolishly had some of my daughter's popcorn at the movies and was thoroughly sick. Felt horrible the rest of the day, woke up feeling hungover and ill...and didn't lose any weight yesterday. Carbs have clearly never been very me-friendly but ditching them from the diet has clearly given my body the idea that we don't eat those things anymore! Back to LC today and feeling a lot better. Loving the support - stay tuned for more (I hope*).

*Still can't believe that I can eat like this and lose weight.

Keep up the good work Rebow! Don't regret the popcorn incident...just always keep it in mind whenever you are tempted! Succumbing to temptation is JUST NOT WORTH IT! In a way you are lucky that it made you feel so horrible...kind of like getting a smack on the nose...naughty naughty!

Congrats on the terrific start!

Rebow! Right on! The popcorn accident is funny: chalk that one up to experience. You're just lucky it didn't give you a three-day craving.
For me, the first week was the hardest. You go, girl!
