Default Thick bacon, how to put into My PLAN

Administators, I would like to put this thick bacon into My PLAN but don't see a spot for it. Its thick bacon and very lightly cooked, still floppy. How do I go about it? Should I call it something else equally fatty to get close numbers? Thanks

You could enter it as a custom food: Pork, bacon, lightly cooked and enter it by the ounce.
However, I would just lightly cook it the weigh you like it and then enter it under pork, bacon, raw and add it to your favorites.
