Talking Easiest-Ever Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip (Awesome for Superbowl Sunday)

I have been using this recipe for years, and it's always a huge hit. I make a double batch and it's always gone by the end of the party. We serve it with dehydrated cucumber chips, dehydrated parsnip chips, and plain old tortilla chips for those who aren't Low Carbing. Heck, I eat this stuff straight-up, to be honest.

INGREDIENTS
1 14.75 oz jar of artichoke hearts
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 oz sour cream
10 oz package chopped frozen spinach
4 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Defrost the spinach in the microwave (about 5 minutes)
Mix all of the other ingredients in the crock pot
Add hot spinach to crock pot
Stir well
Cook on high for 1 1/2-2 hours, or until it warm throughout
Stir and serve

Make sure to really drain your spinach in a colander and then squeeze out all of the water.
