Default Snap, Crackle, Pop Soup--Easy Chicken "Noodle"

Snap, Crackle, Pop Soup (You'll "get it" when you make it!)

Ingredients:

8-12 Oz. hot chicken broth or bouillon
Toss in a handful of pork rinds

Note: The pork rinds soak up the broth right away and become like "noodles." This makes plain broth very filling.

Good idea Barbara!

This almost sounds like a sizzling rice dish at a Chinese Restaurant that we once ordered years ago just to see what it was.
All it was rice noodles fried with broth poured over them...

So this is a Great Idea!!

What a clever idea! Thanks for sharing this. I'm going to try it in some soups real soon. I make soup often.
