Default Dairy Free Parmesan Cheese

So I've been dairy free for several months now, and one thing that was missing from Italian type meals like chicken cacciatore, or an olive oil vinaigrette salad or zucchini noodles with meat sauce was PARMESAN CHEESE. Found this recipe online at:

Tried it over the weekend. VERY AWESOME! Adds just that salty umami touch to the meals it was missing

Parmesan Cheeze Sprinkles

½ c Blanched Almond Flour

2 tbs Nutritional Yeast Flakes

1 tsp Salt

Using a food processor, pulse ingredients together until well incorporated. Store in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator. Sprinkle desired amount on food and enjoy!

Cheeze will keep up to three months in the refrigerator, longer if frozen.
