Default Mushrooms Neptune

very easy to make......

1 can crab meat,
1 pkg cream cheese,
2-3 stalks green onions,
1 tsp lemon juice,
salt and pepper to taste....mix together well.....

Spoon out mushroom stems.....butter baking dish....spoon crab mix into mushrooms.....bake at 400 for about 25 mins......absolutely delicious!!!

The cream cheese spread is really good with salmon too....just replace the can of crab with a can of salmon...and I'll use this mix in lettuce wraps or on cucumber slices.

What kind of mushrooms do you use? Portabello or button? And how many? This sounds great and I want to try them tonight. Thanks

If you roast your mushrooms with a bit of salt first they will give up their water. Otherwise stuffed mushrooms become mushy and watery. I just roast them and then drain them on a paper towel.
