Second WereBear's dessert idea! Any version of Dr. Ted Naiman's "Protein Ice Cream" hits the spot. Low fat yogurt or Fairlife milk, plus 1-2 scoops of any flavor Protein powder and frozen berries. Whip it up into a big bowl of healthy frozen treat. I would have one of these a day and still lose weight due to its high satiety per calorie.
