WOW they are delicious. I am dowm with pneumonia right now so needed something hearty and I cant cook right now so these fit the bill with 1/2 c brown rice. What do you think?

This is a food from a box, right?
I highlighted the worst aspect of this food as that is very high sodium at 510 mgs for a serving. I would not eat this at all just because of that.
But you're sick and can't cook so enjoy ...but know that you will retain water from that much salt.
I like to eat oatmeal as a comfort food when I'm sick.
