I'm a pretty active person, though there are times familia responsibilities suck all my time away. I want to get back to a more routine workout schedule, with cardio workouts at least 3 times a week, flexibility workouts at least 5 times a week, and lifting at least twice a week.

Lower body workout using body weight (lunges, squats, chair dips, calf raises, plank).

3 sets of 12 reps each.
