I like the breyers carb smart, we have chocolate and vanilla available here, and also like the carb smart fudge popsicles, they also come in vanilla with chocolate coating and vanilla with chocolate crunch coating.

I tried Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Caramel Lites bars...caramel ice cream on a stick covered in chocolate. I told my local store they were "to die for" and they got them for me. 3 net carbs.

i seriously wish i hadn't seen this thread just got back from the store with some Dreyers SF Triple Chocolate Ice Cream Net Carbs 7 for 1/2 cup. of course, I had to throw a few almonds on top.

well, so much for just meat, eggs, & veggies this week. at least i was able to limit myself to 1/4 cup.

Great! Thanks for all the options everyone. I think I may be staying away from all forms of ice cream until next summer though.

My family loves the lc Carb Smart chocolate ice cream at 4 net carbs per 1/2 cup.

Also, bought my dh an ice cream maker, Cuisinart, for Father's Day. We love it too for the flavors we can't buy. The bowl goes in the freezer and freezes ahead of time and ice cream can be made in 30 mins. The texture is just wonderful, too. Like soft serve, not soupy like most homemade ice cream makers.

basic recipe has:
2 c. HWC
1c. half and half
1-1 1/2 cup splenda (depends on tastes)
1 tsp vanilla

You add what you like, like strawberries, blueberries, sf chocolate syrup, small banana with banana extract to add flavor, etc.

Enjoy! Sometimes I have this for breakfast when I can't stomach eggs. It doesn't take much for fullness to occur. Very satisfying. I wanting to buy a vanilla bean for butter pecan. My favorite. Vanilla bean is so pricey.

It was the gelato-it called to me, but I'm paying for it today. I thought I could afford it since I've been so good for weeks-WRONG!

Went out last night to our monthly downtown Chicago dinner. Stuck to plan for my drinks and entree-had fantastic veal parmigiana with sauteed spinach and asparagus, drank only lemon water. Did have a couple of pieces of grilled octopus and some prosciutto, too. Then, the waitress asked about dessert and I couldn't help myself.

Slept very poorly and have been nursing a headache all day. Shame on me.

After testing, research found that the best bites of a dessert were ranked the first bite, the second bite and the last bite. All the other bites were ranked lower. Therefore, if you just take 3 bites, you will get the best 3 bites of the dessert. The first, the second and the last!

I read in my WW magazine to take 3 bites of my dessert, then pass it onto to someone else at the table. That those 3 bites would be enough to satisfy me. Interesting thought.

Some one would need a crow bar to pry it out of my hands though.
