( I myslef lost twins at 14 wks. in '99 and started gaining weight in depressionbefore I got my act together and losing 60 lbs.) I hope the exercise etc. can help you recover from the loss of the twins. Be carefull with this isssue. Not processing this mentally in the right way can be of great danger for yourself and your relations.

Wow!! What a story....you are a true inspiration!!! I'm 35 and 5'4, i have yo-yo in my weight my whole life. I've ranged in size from a 6 to an 18!!! weight has always been a problem for me..I'm back on Atkins and doing Curves 3 times a week, hoping to make this a life change this time and not just a diet. Thanks for your story!!!! Wish me luck, I've found great support in this group!!

1. You cannot tell you were EVER pregnant
2. you are beautiful
