Plain Greek yogurt with ground flaxseed mixed in, a 2-egg plain omelet, a glass of low-sodium V8, and two mugs of decaf coffee with half and half.

2 scrambled eggs with sausage, berries - 2 strawberries, 5 raspberries and 4 blackberries and a half of avocado and of course coffee black. .

Half grapefruit, two eggs fried in coconut oil and topped with a couple of teaspoons of ground flaxseed. Decaf coffee with half and half.
