dr atkins plan is strickter than dr eades. dr atkins allows 20g carbs for induction, not subtracting fibre. dr eades allows 30g carbs for phase 1 subtracting fibre grams. dr eades goes into more detail about protein requirements. he helps you figure out a program that is just right for you! dr atkins got me pumped, but dr eades was a much more enjoyable read! i still refer to both and i've been lowcarbing for over 2 years now! i'll lowcarb for the rest of my life!
