Default Vegetarian Meal Plans

Hello, I am a vegetarian (though I do eat fish). I was looking for other meal plans to get an idea of what people eat.

Post yours!


Todays:
b- 3 eggs, 1 oz. cheese, jalapenos
l-soy meat, ricotta, 1 oz. mozzarella, diced tomatoes
s-broccoli and margarine
hardboiled egg
d-crab and mayo on lettuce, pepper, 1 oz. cheese, dressing

Looks like ELPM is what's called a "pesco-ovo-lacto vegetarian"--people who focus on vegetables but do allow fish and eggs and dairy in their diet. It's a legitimate category of vegetarianism.
People who avoid all animal products are called vegans.
